Return Eligibility

Return requests are accepted within 4 days of product delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories intact.

A complete unboxing video (from start to end) is required to validate your claim.

Pickup & Responsibility

Products will be picked up from your doorstep. The customer is responsible for transportation or courier charges.

Timelines

Return processing time: 2–3 business days.

Wallet Coin Refunds: Processed within 7–9 working days after checking the quality of the returned product.

Wallet Coins for perfect-condition items: Issued within 2 business days.

Verification

All returned products undergo quality and legitimacy checks before approval of Wallet Coins or credit notes.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only in the form of Wallet Coins.
No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.
