We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added during checkout. All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are working diligently to make this option available as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track your shipment. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order id, a description of the damage, and relevant photos and videos at our mail id glowavelights@gmail.com . We will assist you with a replacement or refund. And if unboxing video is not available claim may be denied.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at our mail id glowavelights@gmail.com immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the wrong item.

We accept returns within 4 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made items and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please review our return policy for complete details.

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the Return Authorization Number and your original packing slip.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality and legitimacy check. If the product is approved, Wallet Coins will be issued. For items in perfect condition, Wallet Coins are credited within 2 business days. In other cases, Wallet Coin refunds are processed within 7-9 working days after inspection.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund in Wallet Coins has been processed. Please note, refunds are provided only in the form of Wallet Coins, and no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.

Yes, most of our lighting fixtures are designed to be energy-efficient. Look for products with LED bulbs, ENERGY STAR certification, or other energy-saving features in the product descriptions on our website.
